We are pleased to post the latest edition of Dana Gardner’s BriefingsDirect Analyst Insights podcast. This time, Dana and his panel tackle possibly the toughest problem of all: resistance to change. There’s lots of discussion about this with respect to both SOA and the broader concepts of social networking.
